My Therapy Work
I believe that true fulfillment begins with becoming aware of our inner world and making conscious changes. I have been on this path for more than 15 years – studying in different schools, reading extensively, attending trainings, going through therapies, and experiencing therapy myself.
I have always sought answers to questions such as:
-
What prevents me from living life to the fullest?
-
How can I experience deeper intimacy and understand my sexuality?
-
How can I be a better partner and create a healthier relationship?
-
How can I live happier, calmer, healthier, and more consciously?
Today I strongly believe that many physical illnesses originate from suppressed emotions. Often, we need another person – a therapist, a mirror – to access these deeper layers within us. This creates the possibility to transform not only ourselves but also the systems we are part of.

Goals, Duration & Frequency of Therapy
When you come to a session, take a moment to reflect on what you truly expect. Even better – write down the changes you wish to see in yourself and in your life. This intention sets the ground for transformation, because change begins with awareness and inner choice.
The frequency and duration of therapy depend on your individual situation. In our first meeting, we will explore your goals and agree on a suitable number of sessions. Typically, sessions are held every two to four weeks. In times of deep crisis, weekly sessions may be more appropriate.
For best results, I recommend committing to at least five sessions, ideally every three weeks. Consistency helps create a stable process in which change can take root. Each session lasts about 1.5 hours.
All sessions are confidential. If you have any health conditions I should know about, please share this information in advance.
Sessions take place at Armastusetee Therapy Room (Jalgpalli 1, 7th floor, Tallinn). Online sessions are also available by prior agreement.
